Federal Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education has the mandate to conduct annual and supply exams of matric and intermediate classes in the Federal Capital area and other areas outside the jurisdiction of other boards like FATA, schools and colleges in cantonment areas and foreign students. 9th and 10th class annual exams are held in March and April every year while May and June are the months during which FA and FSC annual exams are conducted by FBISE. Federal Board starts registration for these exams couple of months before the start of the exams while results are also issued according to a schedule.
