Federal Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education Islamabad organizes the 9th class annual exams and 10th class annual exams during the months of March and April. All the public and private schools in capital city Islamabad and cantonment areas all around the country are affiliated with FBISE while thousands of regular and private students appear in the exams conducted by the board every year. Federal Board organizes the SSC part 1 annual exams and SSC part 2 annual exams every year according to a regular schedule during the months of March and April. Written papers are held earlier during the month of March which are followed by practical papers in April.

The date sheet 2023 of SSC part 1 annual exam and SSC part 2 annual exams is announced by Federal Board few months before the start of the exams. Date sheet 2023 of written papers is announced earlier while practical paper date sheet 2023 is announced later. Soon after the announcement of date sheet, it is uploaded by Federal Board at its official website for the convenience of the students. Soon after the announcement of date sheet, the students can start preparation of exams by using the examination schedule given in date sheet 2023 by Federal Board.
